Established in 2020, the Dreams Come True Moore Scholarship was created through a generous 2019 estate gift from the Honorable John H. Moore, II and the Joan Kraft Moore Living Trust. Since its inception, the program has awarded a total of 125 scholarships—83 to dream children (Dreamers) and 42 to their siblings—helping ease the financial burden of higher education for families navigating serious illness.

Our 2027 applications will open in September. Details about the application process are below.

Applications will be judged by the Dreams Come True Scholarship Board, which consists of selected members from the Dreams Come True Board of Directors and Dreams Come True volunteers. At least one educator (retired or active) will sit on the committee.
