Dreams Come True works with many wonderful referral partners and physicians who help us identify brave children currently battling life-threatening medical conditions in our area. Children who live and/or are treated in Northeast Florida are eligible if they meet the following criteria:

Eligibility:

Live and/or treated in Northeast Florida
Between the ages of 2 ½ and 18
Diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition
Referred by a physician
Medically approved to participate
Has not received a dream/wish or other services from another dream-granting organization
