CANCELLED: USFA and Dreams Come True Softball Tournament
October 5 - October 6
Due to the recent hurricane and damage done to the Lake City Sports Complex, the Inaugural Dreams Come True Tournament is cancelled. We will be gathering with the event organizers to plan the tournament for early 2025. More details to come soon! In the meantime, please continue to keep all those affected by Hurricane Helene in your thoughts and prayers.
We are excited to be joining forces with USFA for the inaugural Dreams Come True Softball Tournament, organized by Dreamer Brooke Michael and her family!
Brooke was in her senior year of high school when she was diagnosed with lymphoma. While undergoing months of grueling rounds of chemotherapy and proton therapy, Brooke continued to play softball at Ridgeview High School, joining her team as they won team districts, regionals, and had a final four appearance. Dreams Come True fulfilled Brooke’s Montana Treehouse Dream in 2022. The trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, providing Brooke and her family the chance to have fun together and let cancer take a back seat. Now, almost two years later, Brooke is ready to give back and make dreams come true for other children. Brooke’s goal for the event is not only to raise enough funds to sponsor two dreams but also to bring dream families together with the opportunity to leave their illnesses behind and create long-lasting memories.
